WIA's AWC is built on a rotary table system that minimizes footprint, delivering an automation system optimized for machining small workpieces. The 4-tier AWC integrates a carrier storage rack holding 24 to 48 cells with a rotating carrier for superior space efficiency, while a roller LM guide and precision servo motor keep the lift structure stable during vertical movement. The forking unit combines a high-rigidity rack gear, roller LM guide and pneumatic chuck in a two-stage telescopic structure for precise, reliable forking.
